• Custom Orders: Production times range from 5 to 25 days, based on our inventory levels. If there's a delay beyond the expected ship date, we'll inform you via email.

Order Confirmation Emails:

1. Order Acceptance: A confirmation email verifying your order is now being processed.
2. Shipment Notification: A second email from the carrier with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy

Return Policy for Ready-to-Ship Items

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: To be provided by the customer.
• Restocking Fee: A 10% fee will be applied to the refunded amount to cover our shipping cost for your order.
• Exclusions: This policy does not apply to final sale item.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, new condition and with all tags attached. ($7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
