The subtle color tone of the necklace will help you wear it from white to any color outfit, and the sparkles also will be enough for your wedding day or any daily events.

● Feel free to request your details by leaving a note at checkout, like the first photo shows one of the strands with a wire wrapped pearls or all the strands are the same size

- Lost or Returned Packages: In the event of a returned package due to incorrect address or other shipping issues, a re-ship fee of $7.40 (for domestic) will be charged. Please ensure your address details are accurate.

Order Processing:
- Standard Orders: Processed and shipped in 2-3 business days, subject to credit card verification and item availability.
- Custom Orders: Production times range from 5 to 25 days, based on our inventory levels. If there's a delay beyond the expected ship date, we'll inform you via email.
Order Confirmation Emails:
- Order Acceptance: A confirmation email verifying your order is now being processed.
- Shipment Notification: A second email from the carrier with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
Return Policy for Ready-to-Ship Items
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: To be provided by the customer.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% fee will be applied to the refunded amount to cover our shipping cost for your order.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to final sale item.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, new condition and with all tags attached. ($7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).
